My name is Seph, I am a massage practitioner based in Cornwall.
Currently I live in Bolventor, midway between Launceston and Bodmin, you can visit me at my home, although it is very remote, so generally I prefer to visit you at your home/holiday accommodation. I visit within 15 miles of Bolventor for free, anywhere further a field I will charge travel costs. I do hope to establish an offsite room in the future where people will be able to visit me.
I specialise in personalised massage treatments for the individual, having originally trained in Holistic massage I have spent much time with my clients adapting my massage to suit their needs, continuing to train and learn new techniques along the way.
I have listed the main treatments that I offer on this site, but if there is something else you feel you may be interested in, such as deep tissue massage or specific injury massage please don’t hesitate to call or email me to discuss your needs; if I am not in a position to help I hope to be able to refer you to one of the many wonderful practitioners based in Cornwall.
